How to Make a Complaint

  1. Speak to a Member of Staff: You can talk to any member of our team, who will try to address your concern immediately.
  2. Fill Out a Feedback Form: Feedback forms are available at reception. You can fill one out and place it in the suggestion box.

4. Escalate Your Concern: 

If you have a complaint about privately-funded healthcare
services, you should complain to the healthcare provider first.

If you remain dissatisfied when they have replied to your complaint, you may be able to go to the Independent Sector Complaints Adjudication Service (ISCAS):  https://iscas.cedr.com 

 

What Happens Next:

  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.
  • Your concern will be investigated, and you will receive a response within 10 working days.

Your Rights:

  • Your complaint will be handled confidentially and professionally.
  • You will not be treated differently for making a complaint.
