About Me

Melanie is an internationally experienced Physiotherapist heralding from USA. I am a University of Miami Canes Alumni graduate in Biology. I hold a Cum Laude Bachelors of Exercise Science and MSc Degree of Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University from the 'Sunshine' state of Florida in the USA. I have practiced at an advanced level since 2006 in both the USA and UK. My clinical experiences encompass working in private practice in Manual Therapy ( ie. massage, mobilization), Injection Therapy, Orthopaedic rehabilitation, Stroke rehabilitation, Aquatic/or Hydrotherapy, Post C-Section rehabilitation, and Cardiac Rehabilitation. My clinical expertise ranges from post-surgical to chronic conditions within the full schematic systems of primary care to tertiary care. Leadership has involved project management creating bespoke e-Documentation systems with software developers and working in Advanced Practice in Supervisory, Mentorship and Managerial roles. With over 20 years of experience working with various healthcare providers within the private and NHS sectors. I hope to continue to provide hands-on physiotherapy treatment to patients deserving one-2-one care.
